Absolutely deplorable. Shaney from Glen Innes NRMA was extremely rude to me, a loyal customer of many many years with the NRMA and then she hung up on me during an adult conversation. Avoid the NRMA like the plague. What a toxic, disrespectful person. She should be sacked.
