Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here. I was really looking forward to my first experience looking for an engagement ring. The lady talked down to me the whole time and wasn't interested in helping at all. I almost felt like I was being judged the whole time. I left feeling really upset.nI have no interest in doing service with them after this.nDiamond Traders, please re-consider your attitude towards all customers in the future.
