Eastern Pearl

Disorganised, people wait for weeks just for a restringing. No real structured system just staff looking around for orders all the time. Staff eat while talking with customers and touching pearls. They don't seem to value or spend time with small paying customers. I think they should value all customers due to repeat business. Its because their system is so disorganized and chaotic......Not the best company but there's probably worse.nnLocated on the 2nd floor of the trust building . They do have some nice pearls.

Eastern Pearl are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have been using there services for years and each time they exceed our expectations in service and quality. I also find the One Star Review very puzzling.

Dodgy company, the owner treated me very rude, couldn't give any reasonable explanation, yelled and hung up the phone on me. I should have never bought from them! All this person wants is to take your money. A little honesty, transparency and politeness would have gone a long way, and as a business owner myself I am shocked of such behaviour!

I find Eastern Pearl fantastic to deal with..I usually deal with Ilana, who is so helpful. I really can't fault their service, and frankly find that last post puzzling. Certainly not my experience.
