Woolworths

I normally don't write reviews, however this time I had to as I didn't feel happy with the customer service.nIt happend about 2.5 years ago, I was in canberra for a short holiday and we went to this woolworths, we spent around $250 shopping, the whole store was decorated with balloons as xmas was approaching and at the checkout my 2yr old daughter asked me get me one of those balloons so I asked the customer service staff if I could get just one balloon for my daughter, She rudely said no and hearing that my daughter started crying, then the manager came and the the staff explained to the manager then the manager didn't even talk to me and left. So anyways that experience I could never forget thats the reason why I wanted to write this even after so many years.

Easy to get essentials. Have organic vegetables. Have interesting prepared dinner options both meat and vegetarian.

Worst woolies I've been to. Security were very racist and were looking at me suspiciously just because of my skin colour. They pulled me aside to only check my bag out of everyone there. Very embarrassing. Indian woman at self-checkout was rude and was not doing her job properly. Do not support this store.

Very bad service yet again from young Indian woman usually on register .She never says hello, always sneers at you like you're an inconvenience to her, she sometimes scans things twice for one object. This has been going on for a long time with her.CHECK YOUR RECEIPT with her! She's a rip off merchant if you're not indian like her! And she doesn't cares. You can tell she hates her job there.

Free fruit for kids is a great initiative. Thanks for looking out for our kids.
