Competent mechanics, down to earth customer service. Passionate enthusiasts. Downside: Labour costs are a little steep!. Part costs are average. My suggestion, particularly if your new to Motorcycles. Do plenty of research prior to purchase. Research the Model and find as much information as possible including some of the more common problems. Looking at people's experiences can help you make decisions. Some common issues require less tools and time therefore allowing you a chance to learn while finding a solutionud83dude09 it's alot easier to be ripped off if you simply have no idea. Basic knowledge of mechanics will be a long-term asset. In Saying this, don't risk working on your own bike if your not capable but remember that sometimes trial and error brings confidence. Other times we fail to rectify the problem. That's where these guys are helpful.
