After wasting 1.5hrs at service Nsw to find the wrong vin number had been written on my blue slip I returned to have it rectified, no problem! After 10minutes had passed I asked if it was going ok and the bloke on reception told me he could fail it if he wanted? After passing it just two hours before? Surely that’s no way of apologising for a mistake to a customer that has already paid.nnGreat place to go if you like being treated like dirt.
