I cannot speak more highly of these guys! I had some urgent work that needed doing and they fitted me in, gave me a lift back into town, did a brilliant job and were amazing value for money! Highly recommend!

Don’t take your car here - go elsewhere. I was sent to John Zelukovic Smash Repairs in Orange NSW by Youi to have my vehicle repaired after an accident. I constantly had to chase them up to see when my car was going to be finished. They blew out their estimated repair time by several weeks and every time I called to pick up the car they had a new excuse as to why it wasn’t ready. I would have liked to have a courtesy call on these occasions to let me know there would be a hold up - not finding this out on the day I was planing on collecting the vehicle. When I finally went in to collect the car there was still damage remaining on the vehicle which I had to point out and then wait again for it to be repaired. After picking the car up for the second time the air conditioning was not working so I had to return it again to have it fixed. Picked it up again and I then noticed some accessories were missing from the car that were fitted prior to repairs so I had to return once again to collect these accessories. The repairs they completed are very poor - bubbles in my paint, trim not fitted properly and accessories missing. The service I received really sucked and I would not recommend them to anyone because of my bad experience.

Had the unfortunate experience with this repairer when they were tasked the job by a local motorcycle business on my behalf to paint a small amount of harley parts all of which i returned due to poor quality finish. The response from Victor on the obvious mistakes was disgraceful to say the least . If not obligated by the motorcycle business to allow them to correct there mistakes i would of taken parts elsewhere . After receiving an extraordinary bill for work done i was amazed that there justification for the charged price is that i was not quoted for the job and it costs $200 to fire up the painting booth and there is a cost to prime parts again , all of which would not have had to be done if the job was properly finished the first time . A total of 8 weeks to receive parts . Disgustingly bad customer service and professionalism...

Was going to write a good review about this place when my car was fixed from an accident but after closer inspection the rear bumper was left not properly secured missing screws among some other things, wasn’t happy with the end result at all
