My Mercedes was damaged and I took it to Contour Body Repairs on a recommendation from a friend. It was my best ever experience with this repairer.nOn arrival, I was welcomed by Alex - the owner of this business. After having inspected my car's damage, Alex was even nice enough to help me fill in all the insurance claim paperwork while explaining what exactly will be repaired and replaced. His professional manner of explaining the repair process not only calmed me down a lot but also reassured me that my car will be repaired to the highest quality level and I would get it back looking and driving as new.nI was given a completion date, and he even organised a courtesy car.nTwo weeks later I got the call to come pick it up and after seeing the repairs I couldn't be happier. I could not recommend contour body more!nThe communication and service from Alex was exceptional!!!nThe ability to choose my own car repair made a huge difference and I would encourage everyone to do so!nThe repair was beyond expectations and I was not without my car for long at all.. in fact it ended up being ahead of schedule.nnI Would not go anywhere else!

My BMW 335i got rain flooded during a thunder storm. The water got into the boot and wet the audio amplifier and other computer modules. Even tho the car didn't show any visible damage inside the door panels the water affected a lot of the wiring, satellite and auto modules. After calling Alex he booked me in for an assessment and while he was doing the repair quote he refereed me to his BMW auto electrician who was able to see me that same afternoon.nWith out Alex's expertise and knowing what to do this repair would have cost me over $10,000 in computer parts but instead he lodged and an insurance claim and carried out all needed repairs between him self and his auto electrician.
