When ordering online, said it would be 25 minutes and then was updated to 1 hour. When I arrived the food was not ready. I ordered the Teriyaki vegetables that were insufficiently sealed within their container and leaked through the bag. When ordering there was no mention of rice so I ordered addition rice only to find that the Teriyaki vegetables already came with rice. When I contacted Umami for a refund they refused and said that they fulfilled my order as requested. Terrible service. Never order takeaway from here.

Best food i ever had
Umami is an awesome little Gem to find in our local.nnThe food is fresh and fantastic and they really looked after us with many vegan choices. It's not always the case that a restaurant will take care of us as vegans, and we always appreciate it when they do.nnWe loved the food and people were lovely. We had a quick chat with the chef when we were leaving and he was lovely and welcoming. We'll definitely return to Umami.
