Ordered flowers over the phone on a Saturday morning at short notice and the girls were super kind, helpful and prompt in getting something truly stunning out to the recipient that same day. I was over the moon at their customer service in letting me know that the recipient wasn't home and that it had been left in a safe place, which was perfect. Their assistance throughout the whole process was outstanding and the respect for the recipient (as the flowers being for a sad occasion) was very much appreciated. After very kindly accepting my late order for flowers to be delivered this afternoon, Ree was so understanding and helpful when I sent her delivery driver to the wrong address. The flowers were beautiful and the service was outstanding. Thanks, Ree!

Ree was absolutely wonderful! Made a delivery on short notice for me and everything was beyond perfect.

Was stuck for a specific flower order for a cake I was making and ran out of time and was thankful for the help.nnBut staff seemed reluctant to help, as I had to suggest everything and when I asked the florist would these match. She told me she was a bit colour blind and couldn’t tell. ud83dude33 She also showed me a broken flower that she said she would put a new one in the bunch. But I pretty sure I got the broken one as it wasn’t a nice circle shape when I got it. I was then charged $45 for 5 flowers. Disappointed
