Poor customer service. Avoid this story if you want to receive some actual customer service. The store is extremely understaffed and the staff member I had took 45 minutes just to give me a quote for a fence panel and it didn't include everything in the quote. I was supposed to receive a text message letting me know that my order was there ready to be picked up and I did not receive that, I had to chase the order up myself just to find out that it had been sitting there for days and they could not be bothered contacting me to let me know that my order was ready to be picked up.
