Great ladies! My first contact was with Brooke when booking in, and she was very friendly and helpful with guiding me of how to prepare for my appointment. Unfortunately I received notice from the ATO after my tax return with Alice advising that interest from my bank accounts had not been claimed, despite providing Alice with all necessary documentation/Bank statements. I have since emailed Gold Coast Tax regarding this and I have received no correspondence back. I have since payed the additional amount owing to the ATO, however I myself do not know much about tax so entrusted Alice to do the job correctly, which regrettably was not the case.
An amazing and professional accountant! Distance was not a problem, being from NSW it was easy, hassle free and as simple as emailing the documents required to Alice and she took care of the rest. Great refund $$$! Unbeatable!! Highly recommend
