I was having a lot of issues in Xero not being able to amend a branding quote template to my specific needs, such a pleasure to find Nick who knew exactly what to do. Would highly recommend him to solve any Xero problems you might have.
Do not risk your business using this company, extremely poor service, excuse after excuse, caused me endless issues with ATO because of their incompetency. Their attitude when confronted was 100% denial in the face of factual evidence has me wondering of their sanity.nI cant give a zero star rating here, 1 star doesn't describe the fairness of my rating, more so a negative 10 is more appropriate. VERY POOR Experience and a VERY COSTLY one to repair. 100% useless book keepers, stay right away.
My bookkeepers for a year now and, boy, do they make things easy and offer great and proactive customer support. Call them, ask questions, get simple answers. If there is something they can suggest to make your books better, they'll even reach out to you!
