My personal views only: I strongly advise anyone , privately or Legal Aid not to use the services of Kevin Kelso, barrister. I believe he abandoned me without just cause and never replied to my concerns in writing exactly why he abandoned me. He was very elusive in his conduct.nnHe betrayed my trust, and reinforced my views/fears that he was only wanting me to plead guilty for the sake of pleading guilty and when I questioned him in this, not accusing him in an email, this resulted in him abandoning me.nnInstead of looking at different angles in how to fight my case, it seemed like I was small fry to him and he had “more important” jobs to do.nnHe is very indifferent and I conclude he is very incompetent. I have complained to the Legal Services Commission who will most likely probably will whitewash everything too.
