very disappointed with Doyles, firstly I called their head office four weeks ago to get a copy of an old account summary and was rudely told it would take a while to retrieve from archives, I asked to be notified within a week if there was going to be any foreseen delays, to date I've heard nothing.nSecondly Doyles is only concerned about their own financial affairs and cannot be trusted, I paid Doyles over $260,000 which was agreed to go directly to the plaintiff. Doyles promised to pay the whole amount to the plaintiff, once I made the payment Doyles deducted there fees first and then paid the plaintiff whereby the account was paid short and put myself at risk of bankruptcy. Doyles will also tell you that your case is good so you continue to spend money with them.
