Westpoint Autos Tyre and Mechanical

I got a piece of plastic replaced under warranty in the car at the end of 2020 during a standard service, the mechanics lost a baby seat attachment and left the rear seat belt plugs inaccessible under the seat. Every time I've been back since to get these issues fixed, something else gets broken or forgotten or misplaced. They've fixed each thing free of charge but I've taken days off work or I've had to leave work early or start late to get them fixed. They take weeks to respond and they keep terrible records of your correspondence, the receptionists are so lovely but the staff turnaround in the service department management teams is so high that I don't generally speak to the same person twice. I'm still missing a part from my car, and the service manager is swamped.

Alan has been fantastic help, wish there was more like him.
