A newly planted, gospel-focused church with a friendly group of people. Pastor Jack Jeong & his family are all bilingual Korean-Australians. Worship service is primarily in Korean, with simultaneous English translation available via an earpiece.nIt is still quite small, so needs people who want to serve with whatever gifts & skills they have. Non-Koreans (like me) are very welcome.nnA really nice feature is that they share lunch together each week after the worship service. This is a good chance to build friendships & also practice some English or Korean in a comfortable environment.

The Companion Church at Emlyn St Coorparoo is the Korean congregation of the Coorparoo Presbyterian church. If you are Korean and are looking for a friendly Bible based church in which you could grow in your walk with God and his people, this is the church for you. Join us for lunch after the 12 o'clock service too.

I don't think I saw this church in the immigration church. It's a church where Korean and English coexist. There are only a few members, but half of the members are Korean and half are worshiped by Australians. When the pastor mixes Korean and English, he preaches, and the wife gives simultaneous simultaneous interpretation. Even after the service, the English and Korean spoke very naturally. Everyone doesn't think about going home. All the members are kind and loving. Above all, the Word was gracious.

This is my home church! Love the atmosphere and the people. I love Sunday school like English and Korean ud83dudc4d
