Awful experience!nYesterday I went online to make a booking for 6:30pm at the Greenslopes hrblock.nI didn’t get a booking confirmation so I called up to confirm that my booking had gone through.nI was advised to make sure I come early and what to bring with me. I advised the lady on the phone that I need to be out by 7pm and she advised it shouldn’t take longer than 30 mins.nI left work early to make sure I’d make it there at 6:20pm, but ending up waiting around until 6:52pm without being seen. One staff member was with another customer (even though I was booked in for this time) and the other was just sitting at her computer not even getting me ready or anything.nAfter waiting 32 minutes I ended up walking out without anyone saying a word, that’s how poor the customer service was. Not only did I leave work early to make my appointment, I felt disrespected as I was lied to about my appointment time and shown that my time meant nothing. I lost money from leaving work and at the end of the day still didn’t get my tax done, so I now have to find alternative means.nFor anyone looking to get their tax done, keep looking at the service and respect at this place is nonexistent.

Ok so it's mid July, your a tax agent and only have 1 staff member on.... I made an appointment to ensure I would get served... No text/email notification that you couldn't complete the job.... sorry but no customer service equals no customer.

I have done 3 tax returns so far and it's been outstanding every single time.nI'll be back!nI have always been served by Sonia and she's unbeatable.nI am extremely pleased and highly recommend their service for tax returns.
