If I could give 0 star on this place I would. First time I had bad experience with a pizza shop. I'm not sure how this place is still running with all the bad reviews it's getting. Hopefully they consider people's review and upgrade especially their customer service they should fire the current manager as customer service is getting really bad as well as the food. We had let go incident last time pizza was not prepared so well, toppings were not even enough to be considered pizza. It tick me off and never order again after I went to order online and then only told after 15mins saying pick up order is ready that my order is not availablem My partner was already at the place and didn't even offer anything as a replacement. Tried to call the shop to tell them but saying manager is busy to talk to.

When you place order online for delivery and no one shows up. Then you call them next day because no one answered. And they offer you free pizza for the trouble. Then you call to redeem that pizza to be told that the manager is too busy to talk to me. And to please call another day.nNot the service I expect.

Got the order wrong, then tried to tell me they can only do cheesy crust stuffed on the large.. Not extra large. Errrr, don't think so. Terrible customer service too. I heard one female (I think manager) telling a male staff member to hang up on an irrate customer. Good on the male CS for not listening to her. This is why I hate dealing with Zillmere Domino's.

This is the worst pizza shop ever.nnIf I could put minus 10 I would.nnThey are great at being consistently bad pizza makers and there costumer service is on par with there pizza making and order taking skills. They need Gordon Ramsay bad.

I almost never leave a negative review but this place has been bad both times I've been. Got the order wrong both times and the pizza is terribly prepared compared to other dominoes with barely any toppings and the ones that are there are often just thrown on in a clump rather than spread out. Take some pride in your work no matter what it is you do for God's sake. The only saving grace was somewhat decent customer service. Overall negative experience won't be going back there
