This team is fantastic, was able to squeeze my caravan in before the long weekend. The worked till 7pm just to get it finished, Very reasonably priced compared to other places. I won't go anywhere else to fix up my caravan

Outstanding Service - Great CommunicationnThe team at Allbrand Caravan Services went beyond my expectation on the two occasions that we needed assistance with a Dometic fridge - the second visit was a recall.nThe staff identified the warranty issue once we provided pics of our fridge - they organised the parts and on arrival of the item recontacted us and set a date for our visit.nAs we were coming from the North Coast we asked to drop off the night before - which was not a problem at all - very accommodating indeed.nThe drop off was really pleasant and easy - we also had a couple of hatch locks that needed replacement from Marvel who had supplied us the parts.nWe received a phone call early the next morning to say that the van was ready to be collected as they had done the servicing the evening before - the job was completed and tested over night so we were good to get away before the mad traffic on the freeway started.nEvery aspect of communication was so straight forward and the warranty was managed so easily.nAn outstanding company - I wouldn't consider taking my van anywhere else!

I have NEVER in my life experienced the level of customer service that Allbrand provided me. They went out of their way to assist me in a very difficult situation and did it quickly with massive smiles on their faces. I can't be more grateful after all other businesses were rude and ineffective. Do yourself a favour and don't bother ringing anywhere else!!!
