Had been a regular here for a month and a bit. I had kind of been turned off of Pizza Hut in general in the recent years but things were going well before tonight. Just got back from picking up my order at the Mount Gravatt store only to be served by the counter guy who was clearly in a foul mood. I asked to add a sprite can to my order only to be met with an attitude and then him trying to overcharge me with $5 for the can. My card didn't go through the first go and he took off completely ignoring me. Another girl had to come and finish the transaction. So yeah, last time I'll be spending my money here.

Ordered Pizza and Garlic Bread for Delivery through Uber Eats. Waited for over an hour and ten minutes only to have the garlic bread turn up without the pizza. Granted it was raining a little, so I gave some lenience for that. Poor form indeed. It’s been a while since I’ve tried Pizza Hut, only to be misplaced in my decision to do so. Many better options out there these days, so would advise to stay with them.

As good as you'd expect for a large restaurant chain. Tasty and filling, with good value meals. My experience here mostly positive with few problems. Received my pizzas by specified time mostly.nThe first few times I ordered delivery, they couldn't locate my house ( I live in a townhouse complex of many units). They gave up once and cancelled the order. They have since learned where I live so delivery is good now. Have forgotten my drink before but the driver came back later with an extra 1L coke and ice creams.nnAlso, one time the meat smelled off on my pizza but that was once out of maybe 100 pizzas.

Very poor service ordered 4 pizza 1 pasta and 4 sides charged $72 but deal was $45 online never told about surcharge and missed pasta but still charged full money. Delivery was in 25 minutes and it came in 45-50 minutes. Will never go back this happened twice. Avoid going to this Pizza Hut will highly recommend other stores..
