Really disappointed with one of the staff members who I asked for help from. She was very rude and her tone of voice was very demeaning. Not very good customer service and would not recommend this store. Very disappointed.

I had an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced at skin kandy. As I was walking to the appointment I passed lovisa and they had a cheap deal which my husband convinced me to take. It is my biggest regret. One piercing was pierced on a downward angle. They simply said sorry we can’t do anything about it. After a few days my daughters earring fell out and I could not put it back in without causing her great pain. After speaking to professional piercers I realized this should not have happened. So I would please ask do not get your piercing done here, you get what you pay for. Cheap and nasty.

You guys have stuffed me around with a click & collect order for over 2 weeks now! So much for a 1 week wait, was meant to wear them for my graduation because I couldn’t find it in store.nThe order is a week late with no communication.nnWent in store talked to one of your staff who said they would contact head office & get back to me, never got back to me. I am now standing outside your store which says opens at 9am still waiting for you to open? It’s almost 9.10am, can see your staff member stuffing around inside.nnNot good service at all!
