This is a really busy store, its hard to speak to the sales staff at the best of times due to the amount of people usually in the store. Social distancing here is very hard. If you know what you want and are good with the price this store is fine, but if you need to speak to staff or you are vulnerable, maybe try the one down the road in Holland park.

It was great. I was asking about laptops. They directed me towards a sales person who knew exactly what they were talking about. So highly recommend in hi-fi.

Was playing Silverchair on stereo, so that's an instant 5 stars before anything else, but.....nConsistent with other stores staff wise.nClean and tidy environment..nRelatively c19 aware.nAlways value for money.

Thought they didn't have what I wanted in stock. Went the extra mile to check their inventory anyway. Happy customer at home with the product I went in for.
