Took my bike here to get a 32k service and a brake upgrade and they knocked it out of the park! Brian provided great advice about my options at different price points, and assisted with putting together a long term roadmap for the future work I want done. These guys are great and I'm so happy I found them. I brought some baffles from them which didn't fit too well. Expecting to receive the usual customer service which is common place these days (no care and no reponsibility), I was really surprised when I was told to bring the bike in and they would fit them free of charge. To their credit, they did exactly what they said even though it took them much longer than they expected.nIt was obvious that they took great pride in their work and were very professional and knowledgeable. They have now secured a loyal customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to deal with an honest and professional business.

I havn't had much interaction with them but when i did dispite my weird and not stop questioning they had an answer for everything i asked and even the interactions with the people that just walk past me where pleasant without trying to butter me up.nThey didn't try to over sell me and where easy to talk to.
