Walked in, looked around for a particular product, waited at the counter to be served. And waited, and waited. Was seen by at least 3 staff members but not acknowledged so I walked around a little more, could not find what I was looking for so back to the counter and waited, and waited. Was seen but again was not acknowledged. At least 10 min had passed since I entered the store. Got sick of waiting so I left. Found Repco a few min away. As soon as I walked in, was acknowledged, served, found the product I was looking for and left. All within 10 min. The 10 min I wasted at Bursons was well made up at Repco.

Was having an issue with my spark plugs and the manager stayed past close to come check it out for us and ordered the part we needed for the next day.nIncredible service from the whole team. I will always go here for any of my car needs.

Amazing customer service, the team there really went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Friendly atmosphere, great people. Will definitely be coming back!
