Had the best experience shopping at Prouds in Taigum! The sales assistant Lesley was so genuine and helpful I could tell she is really passionate about her job! I will be coming back for all my jewellery needs, there is no one more knowledgeable than Lesley.
Bought a watch from Prouds Taigum recently and was very happy with the service I received from Lesley. She was extremely helpful and informative and even resized the watch there and then for me when I assumed it would need to be sent away for this! Will definitely shop with Lesley again. 5 stars from me
Had and issue once in the 3 years that I've been going there. The ladies their sorted it out. Very professional and prompt with getting back in touch and sorting it out. Always great prices.
Great service by a wonderful sales assistant called Leslie, I've recently bought an engagement ring that was a few sizes too large and Leslie got it all sorted out for me and my fiance! Leslie has definitely gotten a return customer with me!
