My comments below were made a year ago and true at that time. However this year despite ordering 2 weeks in advance my wife's Valentine's Day flowers still have not turned up. After several emails and voice messages that were not returned I managed to call and speak to a customer service operator who was polite enough and offered an upgrade and refund of delivery cost but still doesn't change the fact the flowers didn't arrive when the were supposed too. Really no excuses are good enough. Now will wait and see if the flowers ever turn up!nLast year's review:nEasy ordering and well priced bouquets. Nice variety of accessories but the sting comes at the end of the order when the delivery charge is added. Would be nice to see full disclosure of price from the start. If flowers are going to be $80 delivered then show that as the full price rather than adding deliver cost at the end when its time to pay.

My go to gift delivery service. Quick and affordable! This company has never failed me and their flowers look much prettier in real life! Will continue to be a loyal customer to Bloomex in the future.

Bloomex have always delivered high quality flowers and gifts to fulfill my orders. They are always delivered on time, and are such a reasonable price. The deliveries have gone to many and varied places, and always arrive fresh and delightful. I use Bloomex for all my flowers and gifts and will continue to do so.

I do not recommend this company at all. Not only did they not provide the product/service which was paid for several days ago and supposedly confirmed, they didn't bother to even contact me regarding any issues. I have emailed although I am not sure I will even get a reply.nnI could have been understanding if they couldn't deliver and had contacted me, especially during current times, but it is a bit low to not even communicate with your customers when things go wrong.

Bloomex are excellent to deal with for any event. Always available for help and I have used them many times. I would recommend their service to anyone. Very affordable also.
