KMS Hot Water Services

Our heat pump system died after only five years but on phoning Oliver at KMS they were quickly on the job supplying us with an emergency hot water system that evening which carried us over the weekend. Our new istore was delivered on the Monday and installed by Adrian and Lawrence the next day. Very happy with the service and professionalism – even though Adrian didn’t reveal the best chip shop!! They do love a cup of tea! Many thanks Oliver, Adrian and Lawrence, a great job and would highly recommend KMS.

Great service from KMS Hot Water. I have upgraded electric hot water to a heat pump system and moving the location outside and to the other side of the house at the same time. KMS provided a great price and were really easy to deal with. Had hot water the same day as install. Very happy.

We bought an ISTORE heat pump system from KMS and the service was excellent. We were impressed with their efficient communication as I phoned Oliver on the Tuesday and the system was installed in the Thursday. The installation proved to be difficult and Adrian went above beyond to ensure that the we had hot water. We are very happy with the system. I would definitely recommend the product and this company. Professional and very friendly.

Called KMS this morning as my hot water system has suddenly stopped producing hot water. By lunch time one of the KMS technicians had arrived and repaired my system at a fraction of the cost than was quoted elsewhere. Great attention to detail and a friendly manner. Would recommend highly!

Very nice installers. They were nice to each other, polite and very helpful. Careful not to damage my property and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy!
