Absolute professional and willing to help individuals there. I called up on a busy day regarding my issue, Jack (I believe was his name) told me to come in ASAP and he’ll have a look at it. He diagnosed my car, I had a good chat with him, and we found a good pathway to fix my issue – all within 20min. Super professional, extremely friendly. They do not have the classic “we want your money” approach but rather just genuine willing to help attitude with a care for cars and a care for their customers. Would recommend to anyone else.

Had my second service conducted at Midas today and all I can say is what a fantastic team they are.
