My 3 year capped price service was done while I waited and enjoyed a coffee in the comfortable client lounge. I was kept informed of progress and an issue I had raised that they couldn't trace. Maurice went through the service details thoroughly with me when the job was completed. All in all I was very satisfied with this experience.
Great service experience. Driveway service, very clear communication and car ready before agreed time. Staff are always professional and polite. New video of service is a cool idea.!
Have had our car serviced here twice now. The staff are very good at their jobs and have always been knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than the other two Mitsubishi service centres we have used. Highly recommended.
The whole team at Toowong Mitsubishi Service were great. Had a small issue that escalated quick but they handled it quicker! Got my ute back and its like new again.
