Excellent customer service not only by the ladies in the office but the guys in the workshop as well, honest and didn't stuff me around like other mechanic shops. Good, fair and affordable pricing for the work that needed to be done and in a timely manner. Payment options of afterpay available also which is Great. Have recommended to friends and family, will be booking in again for any further repairs and/or upgrades

we use NQ Diesel for all our Fleet repairs always prompt efficient service with attention to detail on our trucks, keeps us on the road and compliant with the safety of our Team on the road.

Missed a tonne of stuff. Charged me just under a grand for a basic service. Somehow missed that the handbrake cable was nearly snapped, and the brake pads were worn through. So many other issues. Dropped the car off first thing in the morning, and didn't get it back til after 5. When asked why, I was told, 'sorry the mechanic kept getting distracted today'. Charged for things that weren't done. Just a joke. Never again.
