Had an essential plus service. I was expecting to get battery replacement advice, as I could clearly see the battery is draining out. But in their 86 points check found that battery is good. I trusted that report, and didn't go for a replacement, thinking that they are experts, and they know well.nUnfortunately, 3 days after this essential plus service, car battery got flat and put me in the trouble in the mid of the way. Now the question is, did you even check other points (mentioned in the list) as well???

Jeremy from Mycar was extremely accommodating considering the circumstances. He went the extra mile to make sure I received exactly what we needed at an affordable price.
