Birali Steiner School

So stoked to have this space on our island backyard. From the moment we stepped foot on Birali turf we felt the nourishing, inclusive and exciting vibes you’d only hope your child can receive. This school is personal and my child has had the best year and a half ever! My children have gone to this school since kindergarten and they love it.

After homeschooling my daughter for a few years, I decided it was time to send her to school. I wanted to find a school that was in line with my philosophies regarding child learning. I attended tours of a couple of schools and was very drawn to Birali Steiner. The principal and staff are lovely, and my daughter's teacher is exceptional. She absolutely loves going to school each day!

I would highly recommend this school to everyone who understands the whole-child learning approach, and urge those who don't to consider this for their children's education as it moves so fast.nnWe have been at Birali for about 6 months now after moving away from the state system and have breathed a sigh of relief to have found a community within the school that is welcoming, enthusiastic and have the same belief systems around how we can teach our children to be wholesome, well-rounded and strong women as they grow up.nnWe relocated to be here and I am so glad we as a family did it. The school has been through a huge and exciting transition from a small building 7 months ago to a purpose built facility with plenty of scope for growth to 'spread it's wings' and I am so pleased that my girls will experience this pioneering school.nI know that the families and Birali team will make this journey fulfilling for all.
