I highly recommend Sams flowers. I ordered a personalised hot air balloon with specific details . I was expecting it to be beautiful but it far exceeded any expectation I had. I live in Sydney and ordered for a friend in Brisbane. My friend was over the moon with her hot air balloon. The service was spot on and the girls were more than accommodating with my requests.
