Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Changed both tires while I waited, took about an hour. Tech was friendly and didn't mind I watched to see how things were done. Had good knowledge of their stock. The free fitting service is just amazing. Absolutely a five star service all in all.

UPDATE: 15th April 2021- Ended up with a nail in the rear tyre someone else did for me only a couple of thousand K's into ride time. Other guys were good but COVID-19 probably got them & don'texist anymore, but I'm glad because I have been using Northside for quite a few years & they have never let me down. So booked a new rear tyre & while the wheel was off I had them do new GOOD bearings, Pads etc & price was right, work was top notch, & stuff done I never asked them to do that they picked up. All in all, very happy, staff are good, Jeff up front listened to what I wanted so Northside, you can now consider yourselves to have another customer on your books. Happy Days, MiknnThursday 5th March update: I have been ordering Harley parts from here abit (new HD) since last review and just got some stuff recently that reminded me to refresh this review. Shop is clean, setup well and stock parts that you wouldn't even realise. Looks to me they stock parts from MX, to Caf'e Racer, to Cruisers. I'm pretty sure they can find the parts for any bike for you. Not really sure what happens out the back as i do my own servicing, but the minimum would be a full service, give em a call. I have just noticed they have all typesnof bikes for sale as well so it might be worth a look and maybe find your next motorcycle. The guys on the front desk are genuine blokes and if they don't have it there, then they'll order genuine parts at very reasonable rates. They text you when your bits & pieces are at the shop ready and waiting, plus your parts will come as fast as a 15yr old boy. Thumbs up for these guys, I will keep coming back for more with this type of service.nnI have been using this shop to get stuff for a Harley Davidson FLSTC that I was rebuilding & have finished. They actually stock quite alot of stuff here for Harleys at good prices. Counter staff guy seems like a good bloke, & they even stock some specialist tools here for the HD. I'm finished my build now but will still keep coming here every 4,000kms to get my service parts as they stock them all, & are very close to me, € again reasonable prices.

I cold called the business needing an urgent repair on a leaky tube valve. They could not have been more accommodating. All the staff were really helpful, it was fast and inexpensive. Thanks
