Many, many thanks to the gentleman who answered my call concerning booking an appointment to see why three of my car's windows wouldn't come down, whereas the driver's side did. He asked what model it was and when I told him, he simply said to press a button located near the window controls. My husband and I were in the car at the time, and my husband pressed the button, then tried the windows and, voala, they worked!
