Just spent $70, $60 Just on rib eye fillet. I cooked three rib eye up and it had about 7 bits of grissle in the rid eye, I cooked. Rib eye shouldn't had grissle in it if prepared correctly. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Over priced for what you get.
