Went there to buy three packets of lamingtons had picked them out and was waiting for service. The other customers who were being served decided they wanted a packet. The customer service officer decided to sell them one of the packets and thought it was okay to sell me frozen lamintongs. Bought one packet and will never buy anything from this shop again. She obviously knew the other customers as it was put aside in the shop. I thought they were made fresh in the shop not frozen.
Their Breads and Pastries are consistently Baked to a high standard and so is their customer service...prices are competitive and they are easily accessible to all.
