TLD Settlements

Great service from Lessa and Rebecca! They were across the new Strata Titles amendments which impacted us. I knew i was dealing with a good company when all fees were clearly outlined whereas other quotes were trying to hide some fees. Will use again. Thanks Liz.

We are vey happy with TLD Settlements. There were some glitches from the Buyer's side trying to delay the settlement. However, TLD Settlements handled the situation very professionaly and Leesa especially was brilliant in communicatig with Buyer's Settlement Agent and giving us accurate advice and keeping us upto date with the progress. Terrible customer service - Rude responsenThe settlement date for us was on 18/11/19 - the key was received on 21/11/19 - the water bill reading was last read on 18/11/19 -the bill was sent to us on 19/11/19 for the usage up to and including 18/11/19- Who should be the one that pay for the bill?nUs - the new owner?nor the TLD settlements team?nAccording to the arrogant Leesa, we must be the one paying this water bill. even tho Water Co. advised us that TLD should pay for this.nWhen we tried to get the issue resolved, she just rudely cut off the phone call.

Leesa and team organised the settlement of a commercial property for us. From start to finish she gave fast, accurate advice on each step of the process.
