Lovely service from Michell and Mel . I was soo delighted with the service I was provided with. Very much recommended for their service and hospitality. She was soo into us and showed us all the deals and got us the best with the most affordable pricennThank you soo much ♡♡

Pretty poor customer service. Was very rude to my partner when she wanted to get her ring cleaned and was looking at wedding bands. Pointed her to the $3-400 bargain bin rings instead of showing her the $1500 one she was looking at in the cabinet. Didn’t seem like she wanted to entertain a sale. Always brought jewellery from mh over the years but Will probably take our money elsewhere in the future

The staff at Michael Hill have been absolutely amazing. Over the past 6 months we have been in and out of the shop looking at wedding bands, never have we felt any pressure to buy a ring - the staff always encouraging us to take our time making a big decision. Today we went in (we were even greeted by our names) and purchased my wedding ring, whilst they didn’t have anything for my partner, they have ordered a selection of rings in for him to try next week. Thanks ladies! Your time and patience has been very much appreciated.

I finally decided to propose to my fiance, and spent several days going to different jewelers, but because I dressed rather casual most jewelers would not give me the time of day. Michael Hill in Warrick Grove was the exception, I was welcomed in by a lovely lady named GLADYS, who helped me find the perfect ring, that was within my budget. GLADYS was incredibly professional, well presentable and allowed me to choose within my own time. I generally believed she cared more about my happiness than her own commission which is a rare trait at a jewelers. Her non-pushy sales techniques were a breath of fresh air and made me feel very comfortable. My fiance and I are hoping to be served by GLADYS once again when it comes time to buying our wedding rings.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We are always looked after so well and there is no job too big or too small for the team when it comes to finding the right piece of jewelry. 10/10 for customer service.
