I love this place. It’s my favourite shop and I love the crystals and the energy there. The staff there are all empaths, healers and old souls. The atmosphere is amazing ud83eudd70ud83eudd70. I also love the clothes and the angel cards.nThe new manager there is amazing too loved chatting with her during my last visit when I purchased my new “Elestial” crystal.nThank-you so much for the warm welcome too. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star, I bought a dress that was faulty after one wear and no attempt to remedy because it wasn’t within the 30day refund or exchange “policy” so they have zero manufacturers warranty which is illegal in Australia. Will be making a formal complaint under Consumer guarantees act
The guy does cashier should know what “customer service” means. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Hope they can manage the shop only with other helpful staffs but definitely not him.
