Really a disappointing and poor customer service experience dealing with the manager and other staff. Purchased a watch only to find I could have purchased it cheaper but sooooo many ridiculous loopholes let alone the fact you can’t even get a actual refund only a store credit and then has to go to some manager for approval. Such a joke in this day and age. They were more interested in trying to prove me wrong instead of help me as a customer .. more interested in their policy then the person. Won’t be buying from any SHIELS again. What’s more crazy is I’m meant to be a member ud83dude21ud83dudc4eud83cudffd

Worst experience. Served by store manager. Is she really a manager and is she really knows about the customer service. She do not wants to help and along with another staff member they just try to rush me out from the store . Do not wants to back again it was my second worst experience with them.

I was served by staff member LisaS who was very helpful and patient. Made several calls to other stores to make sure i found engagement ring I was looking for.nnVery happy with the customer service I received and have no problems with shopping there again.
