Went there to arrange my father's cremation with my younger sibling. The lady completely ignored me talking to my younger sibling despite the fact it was also my father I was treated as a non entity. I stormed out my father had been gone less than a week. I used a different company when my mhusband passed and they treated everyone kindly understanding their difficult circumstances. I would never recommend this after being treated so badly.
