Great range of school resources, they have a very large range of school textbooks for all years. Lots of school book lists use ziggies by default, but for stationary I find Office Works is significantly less expensive. Prior to school starting the parking is very crowded.
Promise 3 working days click and collect and fail to deliver. Clearly unable to manage during high demand times and therefore unprofessional. If they were I a tiny place called Europe it'll be run properly and not by amateur! Get your act together and don't make business promises you can't keep when you know demand is high.
Terrible customer service, unable to meet their own deadlines that they have provided. Prices are high. Recommend to avoid and use Officeworks (or any other retailer) where possible.
Great shop love the labelling system so easy to find what you need good prices..
Poor customer service. It’s not nice feeling like a burden interrupting staff conversations and then having the receipt practically slammed at you on the counter.nnI’ll stick with Officeworks in the future and I’m sure I’ll get a snarky response from the owner of how much they’ve donated to schools compared to Officeworks lol.
