I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful to all people who shop with them. If they do not have the knowledge on a product they will not guess they will source another employee and they will share what they know on a certain item with you.nVery pleasant shopping experience 9/10

Good selection of product. Staff not as helpful and knowledgeable as pet City which is around the corner. However dog groomer is really good, as seen by long wait to get booked in.

Pet shops aren't what they used to be. However, they still stock everything a pet needs and I didn't have any trouble finding the product I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful.nnI was pleasantly surprised to see a dog grooming area at the back of the store. It looked proffesional and the dogs appeared happy and calm.nnSo, why only 3 stars? I like fish and it was a bit sad to see some of the goldfish in poor health.

Everything i needed for our pets on stock even when told by other shops product not available. Staff seem friendly and willing to help. Thank you city farmers Joondalup

The guy was more interested to keep speaking by the phone than attending the client... I won't come here. Better thing to that than waiting that the personal finish their phone calls
