So I purchased a property and was referred by the real estate agent. When I called I was rushed off the phone, spoken down too and made to feel like I was just a number. When I called to ask if paper work was filed I was told they would get back to me and needed to call another two times to get a simple 'yes or no' answer. Also the fee went up magically from when I first enquired to when the bill came.
