I found exactly what I needed on their website, phoned and spoke to two extremely helpful people, Michael and Kim. The item was sent to me the same day and I received it in Melbourne two days later.nI could not have asked for better service if I tried!!nThank you Cash Converters Noarlunga.

Brought a faulty item from here, they gave me a 3 month warranty I tried to uses my 3 months warranty a few hours later they would not fix the item let alone refund it because they apparently couldn't see anything wrong with the item when it's performance was slow and told me to take it back home and try it again. Did that and it's still not working up to the standard it's meant to. Don't bother wasting your money or time here. They are unprofessional and can't provide decent service!!!!

Staff member lied to my face changing the initial price given on an item that I sold to them.nDid have a couple of good experiences with other staff but some staff need to be honest and consistent.
