There was a lack of communication and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the process. Simply getting the basics done was not met. I would not recommend Alpha Conveyancing. They were easier to contact once it was towards the end where everything was rushed which could've been avoided if communicated at the beginning.

As a first home buyer I expected to be guided through the process, as it turned out a lot of information was left until the last minute causing a lot of stress finalising documents to meet deadlines. Very unprofessional, would not recommend Alpha Conveyancing
