Well priced insurance, not always accurately assessed but otherwise ok.

Read the fine print. If your car is written off through no fault of yours they will take out of your payout what is left of your insurance period. If you have just insured your car and have 11 months left they will take the 11 months of insurance from your payout. Also took a hour and a half to finally get a tow truck organised to pick car up.

I recently had to get my car repaired and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Shannons. They handled everything quickly and professionally and the staff were super friendly. My car was repaired within a week. I will happily continue to insure with Shannons
