WA Seniors Card

i phoned for advice as I'd had my card stolen. I was given clear directions to the Perth office. Very nice staff member helped me and I had a replacement card within minutes! Thank you!

Had to replace my card. Easy to do online and was mailed to me within a week. Love the comps but haven’t won anything (yet)

couldn't even get past the online application page for he seniors card. kept saying kaptcha wrong when there was no kaptcha; or password didn't match when it was definitely matching. gave up!

I telephoned the WA seniors card people and sought advice on concessional travel in Melbourne. They couldn't tell me, said it was up to each operator and I asked if she was suggesting that I should go to Melbourne to find out. Her answer----Yes. Presumably these people are volunteers because one hates to think the taxpayer is paying them a salary.
